Can't install elk module or network module

I paid for elk module $99 dollars and web interface module but my isy does not want to seem to download them. I get a tcp host error when it tries to d/l them..?? Any ideas, thx Scott

I am so very sorry to hear and apologies for tardy reply.

 

If you have setup your ISY with a static IP address, please go back to DHCP and retry. Otherwise, you might want to try the following public DNS servers instead:

8.8.4.4

8.8.8.8

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
