Can't Access ISY - Error Codes

I get the following error messages when I attempt to open the Admin Console. They appear everytime I try open the console and prevent all access to it. They require several trys pressing the OK or Close buttons before going away and allowing me to close the console. I tried emptying the Java temp file folder, but this did not help. I have the latest java update.

 

XML Parse error http://192.168.33.104/desc

Socket open failed java.net.SocketTimeoutException

I changed my ISY-99 IP address to a static address different to the one above and have been able to access it with no problems for awhile now. It appears the ISY has not change all references including the IR section to the newer static IP?

 

I starting receivng similar errors when accessing an ISY-26 used in my garage for testing.

 

Please advise.

Chuck,

 

The problem is that you have both ISY-26/99 on the same network and using different versions of the client. This shall be rectified in the next drop as long as both your ISYs run the same level of firmware.
