was working ok for a bout a week then would not log into admin console , would just sit there spinning java load.

reinstalled java and now go to windows network isy open page and the please dont close page comes up but doesnt load admin console.

i reload page in brower then admin console opens but does not ask for login and only has FILE pulldown menu, no HELP or other pulldown

I can get FILE pull down to open but nothing works from it.

 

What the heck can I do here?

to clarify, after it wouldnt load admin console, I thought isy might have been corrupted so I did a factory reset then reloadd java
