CaliLabs Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Is there a company that makes ph meters or TDS meters that can link to my isy994iz? Could I use any ir sending meter? Thanks!
jgorm Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 doubt it. If your hydro system is big enough to need pH and TDS control from a dosing system, then using the ISY is the wrong tool.
CaliLabs Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 Do you think this meter could communicate with my isy? http://www.growtronix.com/store/index.p ... uct_id=109
Michel Kohanim Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Hi CaliLabs, Unfortunately not. We do not have their APIs. With kind regards, Michel
CaliLabs Posted September 26, 2013 Author Posted September 26, 2013 Could I use a analog ph sensor at all. I am trying to control a experiment and would love for a small peristaltic pump turn on when my ph goes below 3. Also what if I can find the API on a certain sensor? How hard is it to use a API once I get them? Thanks again everybody!
arw01 Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Look into a raspberry pi ph sensor and then use the rest interface to talk to the ISY..
jgorm Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 just buy a fish tank pH controller for < $100
