Is there a company that makes ph meters or TDS meters that can link to my isy994iz? Could I use any ir sending meter? Thanks!

doubt it. If your hydro system is big enough to need pH and TDS control from a dosing system, then using the ISY is the wrong tool.

Could I use a analog ph sensor at all. I am trying to control a experiment and would love for a small peristaltic pump turn on when my ph goes below 3. Also what if I can find the API on a certain sensor? How hard is it to use a API once I get them? Thanks again everybody!

Look into a raspberry pi ph sensor and then use the rest interface to talk to the ISY..

just buy a fish tank pH controller for < $100
