Enable Internet Access for ISYi/IR PRO

When I attempt to set up internet access by selecting File, Enable Internet Access I receive an error message saying 'Failed Enabling Internet Access'. How do I resolve this issue and get internet access?

Hi Steve,

 

Your router does not support UPnP (which is a good thing). Instead of doing File | Enable Internet Access, you might want to try:
