Device Links Table Issues

I recently replaced my PLM due to its failure. Under warranty and graciously replaced by SmartHome.

I took the opportunity to perform diagnostics on the system once the new PLM was up and running. By way of background, I am running a 994i v 4.1.2 and have about 85 devices (5 of which are KeyPadLincs).

Here's the issue. I have two banks of recessed lights in the basement, each controlled by a ToggleLinc individually and by a scene called "Basement lights". When I run the Device Links Table on one of the ToggleLinc's (17.E7.FF) and do a compare to the ISY Table, I get a "Record Mismatch" pointing to a device (17.E8.DF) that is not in my network. I have done multiple "Restore Device" on the 17.E7.FF TogggleLinc and continue to get the record mismatch.

When I run the Device Links Table on the other ToggleLinc (1A.8F.98) in the scene and compare it to the ISY Table, I get a "Record Mismatch" pointing to the first ToggleLinc (17.E7.FF).

Thoughts?

Best to post the Show Device Links Table results. The End of List record can be labeled as a mismatch even though the last 7 bytes of data have no functional meaning. The other approach is to factory reset the ToggleLincs before doing a Restore Device. This will clear the link database to zeros so the End of List record will contain zeros.

Factory reset worked. Thanks.

Now, another question. Is there a way to do a batch review of the device links tables, comparing them to the ISY table? It's tedious going device by device.

Sorry, has to be done one device at a time. Going through the devices if the last link record is the one that is flagged it is not necessary to take any action. The first byte being 00 indicates End of List. The other 7 bytes have no meaning. The ISY sets only the first byte to 00 to mark the End of List. The device ignores the remaining 7 bytes when the first byte is 00.
