Is the network module available for the 99i?

I'd like to connect my isy99i to an EnvisaLink. The ISY Network Module is required.

But when I look under Help/Purchase Modules in the console (v3.3.10) the UD site says "No additional modules available"

Do I need to upgrade my ISY?
