Chrone can not log into Admin Console => no /web/insteon.jar

I am trying to connect to the Admin console via Chrome but get this Java Error message.... Java is installed

What do I need to do to correct? Thanks! => see details below:

Thanks I have a 994i and the latest version of the firmware... I used to be able to connect... sudden;y stopped working... I have also tried re-booting everything!
