hal Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) Please pardon what might be a silly question, however as a newbie to the ISY family of products, I'm wondering why my ISY994i/IR PRO is not appearing as a device on the ISY device screen or on the dashboard. The system appears within network devices on my windows explorer and the system is working with turning lights on and off. The correct URL is appearing on the Admin Config screen. Am I missing something please? Thanks Edited July 20, 2014 by hal
LeeG Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 The ISY PLM is not listed in the devices tree. It never has. All the commands that apply to a PLM are accessed with pulldown options.
hal Posted July 20, 2014 Author Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) Thanks, however I was asking if the ISY994i/IR PRO device itself should be listed as a device in the ISY window? In the Main window, ISY is one of the items under the Network tree and also Auto DR. Should not my ISY device be listed as a device under the ISY label? Edited July 20, 2014 by hal
LeeG Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Perhaps knowing what you would do with the entry will help. It has no Insteon/Zwave/Zigbee address. All the configuration of the ISY itself is done with options in File, Link mangement, etc
