Power Outage - 3 Solid LED's

Had a power bump and now the ISY has 3 solid blue LED's (power, tx, rx), any suggestions ?

 

Logged in an the following error are also there....

 

xml parse error http://0.0.0.0.58480/0/d.xml

 

socket open failed java.netconnectionexception.connectionrefused: no further info

Unplug both PLM and ISY from power. Wait ten seconds before you plug the PLM back in. Once that is done, plug the ISY back in and report back.

Ok tried that and 3 LED's are still on and same errors as above

 

Also to add, I cannot see this in my network and when I try to enter the IP on the browser I get nothing ?

First thing I would do is reboot the router and do the above steps again. Keep the ISY / PLM unplugged until your network is back up and report back.

Same thing, all three LED's came on and only for a second or two did the memory LED blink

With help from Mike the problem is now solved, I reset the ISY and restored the backup file and life is good (always back up your ISY, ha ha).
