fitek Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 In the admin console, I go to Z-wave then Add. Power up any of my devices, and I get output like below. There's an error: "Processing Z-wave Node X Failed, node ignored" I can then exclude the device succesfully, and try to add again, but same problem. The devices never show up in the tree, though the ISY seems to remember them. Using ISY994 firmware 4.2.10 and Zwave dongle firmware 4.55. Really desperate to get this working soon, but it's not looking hopeful... Michel Kohanim Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Hi fitek, I am so very sorry to hear. Please do be kind enough to: 1. Remove any Z-Wave devices you have in ISY (right mouse click | Delete). 2. Z-Wave | Advanced | Factory Reset 3. Retry (with Event Viewer on level 3) 4. Send us the contents of the event viewer (support@universal-devices.com) With kind regards, Michel

I removed and then added a motion sensor. Then I did the factory reset of the zwave dongle. I then removed and added the motion sensor again. Log attached. Email sent! zwave remove and add log.txt Edited September 13, 2014 by fitek
Michel Kohanim Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Hi fitek, Thank you. Got your email and responded. Can you please let me know how many non-battery operated devices you have? You are also welcome to reply back to my email. With kind regards, Michel
