"Simple" product request

Some relatively simple things I'd like to see in upcoming releases:

 

1.  Ability to use input parameters (ie climate module parameters) either directly in program comparisons OR at least the ability to assign a variable value using those parameters.

 

2.  Floating point math.

 

3.  Ability to use variables in wait statements.

 

And one that's likely a bit harder to implement:  "While" comparisons in addition to "If".

 

 

I know that there are workarounds (mostly) to my "wish list", but implementing these would make programming a lot simpler and more powerful.

Except for the While construct, all are in 5.x release.
