stusviews Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 I'd like to be able to lower the ISY's front panel LED brightness or at least the brightness of the power (PWR) LED.
Michel Kohanim Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 Hi stusviews, Unfortunately not ... I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
Teken Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 Electrical tape. A few people have either used the black electrical tape method or used the opaque scotch tape solution. The scotch tape reduces the blue LED by 20-50% depending upon how many layers are applied. Encrypted By: Phoenix Security Solutions

builderb Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I was pretty shocked by the brightness too! I guess I was expecting something more like a network switch. I had considered installing it in the entertainment center, until I plugged it in. Then I decided the ISY would join the rest of its electronic brethren on the structured wiring backboard downstairs.
larryllix Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 It's best real close to the main panel anyway. I have a special circuit I added and then put a phase coupler to make sure it communicated well to the other 120v phase in my house.
