When i try to browse to my ISY using https and port i get an error Error code: ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT

Thoughts?  I have tried different browsers as well.

I do have a server side self-signed cert.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
