Phantom devices / Flags

A Flag is used to denote a condition of a combination of things which can be used a trigger for other events. A simple way to implement this would be to allow creating a Phantom device that has no Insteon address or uses a fictitious address. Is there a way to do that now?

Yes, we shall have this feature; actually, this is one requirement which is requested many times. The only problem is that this is not trivial!
