Every time I try to backup my ISY I get the following error. Could not retrieve file /conf/net/6.res

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you backing up from a Mac?

No a Windows 8 machine. I have been backing up weeks back but have made a lot of changes and I'm trying to back it up again.

Problems like this often turn out to be a corrupted file on the SD card. 

 

Do you have the network module?  If so, delete and recreate resource #6 and then try to backup again.

Thanks Xathros. I deleted resource #6 and was able to save. I actually wasn't using that resource. I was using it to test my DSC alarm.

Xanthos, why resource #6? Isn't that just the 6th resource created and every user's 6th resource will likely be different.
