Am unable to back up ISY-994i ver. 4.2.3. File is zipped. Cannot extract. Has worked fine in past, same configuration. New requirements? Recommended procedure? Thanks. 

Can you clarify on "cannot extract" - you should not extract a backup of the ISY configuration files.  The zip file should stay intact to restore in the future. 

 

If you really want to extract the backup, you should use 7Zip or the like to look at the contents, not the zip decompress built into windows.. it's not compatible.
