Hi everybody,

 

I'm having some issues with my system and need some help to resolve. Everything was working find and for some reason when I type my ISY IP address and enter my password to access my system It keeps displaying a message that its linking. The progress bar reached 100% and then its starts over again. Its been doing this for at least 20 min and I'm not sure whats going on.

 

Can someone please help solve this issue

If it is cycling through different devices that may be fine.   Can you see the Insteon address in the small popup window

all I see is a progress bar titled Linking, indicating "Please do not power off/unplug the system or make adjustments to linked/attached devices" and when the progress bar reaches 100% its starts over

Does anybody know what I do to solve this ????

Contrary to what the popup window says, i would reboot the ISY and see if that helps.

Thanks Xathros, I unplugged the ISY and when lauched the application again all was good. Note to self, look at the simple stuff first   Thank you very much, its much appreciated
