I added moisture sensors

I then added a program to send a text when the wet sensor goes on

This works but i get continuous texts?

How can i set this so i only get lets say one per hour until the sensor is reset?

        Control 'Laundry moisture sensor-Wet' is switched On
 
Then
        Send Notification to 'TimCell' content 'Laundry Moisture Sensor'
        Send Notification to 'Diana Cell' content 'Laundry Moisture Sensor'
        Send Notification to 'Chris ' content 'Laundry Moisture Sensor'
        Wait  1 hour
