Uploading Programs

Featured Replies

I want to create a dozen or so very similar programs, and I really don't want to have to use the GUI to edit them each individually. Is there a way to create programs on your computer, then upload them all?

I broke apart the ZIP file and saw the .PGM files, and they seem like basic XML. If I copy and edit them, will it work, or are there other files that refer to the specific programs?

Thanks.

Xev

You can use the Copy option from the right button menu and then Find/Replace, or the Export/Import from the same menu to use a text editor.

I have to believe that would be safer than modifying the whole backup.

I don't know how I missed the import option. Thanks. I wish that it took more than one program at a time, but that did it. Thanks!

xev,

It does take more than one program at a time: put your programs inside a folder and import/export the folder.

With kind regards,

Michel

So it does - thanks! I didn't see that documented anywhere, but I might have missed it.

And why are you working on a Sunday?

Hi xev,

Thanks for the update.

The reason I work on Sundays is that we don't have good documentation!

With kind regards,

Michel
