dseigel Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 I woke up this morning to find that the memory light was flashing on my ISY. Everything else was off but the power light, which was on. I am not able to log into or communicate with the ISY. I tried power cycling my router, the ISY and The PLM, but nothing changed. I've confirmed that other devices in my network are working, and I can access them remotely. Any ideas?
Michel Kohanim Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Hi dseigel, Is it error light only or is it memory and error light? I think this is networking issue: you probably have ISY configured ISY with a static IP address and another devices is using the same address (IP Conflict). With kind regards, Michel

Michel Kohanim Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Hi dseigel, Please check the lights on the network jack on the back of ISY and let me know what you see. With kind regards, Michel
dseigel Posted August 11, 2015 Author Posted August 11, 2015 Network lights looked normal. I figured out the problem....I had a program that had gone rouge and was clogging up the system. I was able to log in this evening and figured it out.
