Can't Remove a scene

I was trying to remove a scene and I got an error message " Request Failed" which I can't close by clicking OK or the close dialog box button. Then, I get the " Busy" box doing it's count down over and over again. I have to shut down the program to get it to stop. How can I remove the scene and avoid This?

I did. I could not remove any devices from that scene either. But then, for no apparent reason, I could delete the scene and I have.

Hello Michael,

 

I think the problem is your PLM: ISY cannot reliably communicate with your devices. Have you contacted our tech support for help? If not, I do recommend a short call with Darrell.
