Any advice on a garage door opener that works with the ISY? I haven't got an ISY yet but I plan to and I figure its better to plan ahead instead of having to change something out later. I would prefer to use an all-in-one solution. I notice a lot of these zwave garage door openers are completely separate from the actual garage door opener.

I'm not sure what you mean by an all-in-one solution unless you're referring to a garage door opener with home automation built-in. I'm not sure such a system exists that's compatible with an ISY. That said, all home automation garage door operators are add-on's to existing garage door openers. Both Insteon (my preference) and Z-Wave systems are available, but you'll also need something the control the home automation device. Your existing garage door controller will continue to work.
