Hi,

I have just added a 2486DWH8 Keypadlinc to my system. The unit's address shows up but there are no scene buttons. I've deleted and added it several times with no luck.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

What does the KPL identify itself as in the ISY Administrative Console, and what is your ISY firmware version (Help->About)?

It correctly identifies itself as a 2486DWH8.

 

When I click on it it will show Options for the KPL such as Mutally Exclusive Buttons, but there are no additional buttons to group.

 

The keypad itself seems to work as far as lighting the buttons when pressed.

 

I'll have to check on the ISY26 firmware version when I get home, but there are currently 3 KPL's working on the system.

 

Hello RF_Burns, you do need release 2.6.5 and above for the new KPLs to work.

Thanks for that info. My ISY is only 2.6 so I will do the upgrade to 2.6.5
