smokegrub Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 Occasionally, when I delete a program I get a message window entitled "Deleting 1 programs" whose content is balnk. The Admin Console freezes at that point and must be restarted. How do I eliminate this problem?
jerlands Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 (edited) The basics? - Java Version (if you check your java version online you can see if other older versions are also installed.) - Firmware Version - UI Version - any devices indicating waiting writes (green 1011 icons) or devices that don't communicate (red !)
