Posted November 6, 20159 yr I recently got two Everspring ON/OF modules AN163-1. They keep generating entries like following in the event log. Fri 11/06/2015 06:41:46 PM : [ ZW013_143] ST 600 (uom=73 prec=2)Fri 11/06/2015 06:42:45 PM : [ ZW013_143] ST 700 (uom=73 prec=2)Fri 11/06/2015 06:43:15 PM : [ ZW013_143] ST 600 (uom=73 prec=2)Fri 11/06/2015 06:43:45 PM : [ ZW013_143] ST 700 (uom=73 prec=2) Is this normal? I have not seen any other ON/OFF module generating so much information. Thanks, Arun
November 7, 20159 yr It's reporting Wattage being used, looks like every 30 secs. prec=2 means divide the number by 100 so it's reporting 6 Watts and 7 Watts being used.
November 7, 20159 yr Author Thanks much Andy...!! These are the only two ON/OFF modules which report power consumption and I totally overlooked that feature.
November 11, 20159 yr Author Sorry to reopen this topic. I noticed that these two module keep generating this type of traffic even when they are off: Wed 11/11/2015 11:37:53 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW013_1] [01100004000D0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:37:53 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:38:02 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW012_1] [01100004000C0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:38:02 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:38:23 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW013_1] [01100004000D0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:38:23 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:38:32 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW012_1] [01100004000C0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:38:32 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:38:52 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW013_1] [01100004000D0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:38:52 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:39:02 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW012_1] [01100004000C0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:39:02 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:39:22 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW013_1] [01100004000D0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:39:22 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACKWed 11/11/2015 11:39:32 AM : [ZWAVE-RX ZW012_1] [01100004000C0A32]...Wed 11/11/2015 11:39:32 AM : [ZWAVE-TX ] ACK Is this normal? November 12, 20159 yr Author Michel, Thanks for the reply. Pardon me, but I am a newbie to Z-wave. I have 12 other Z-wave devices but they do not generate any such traffic. Is there something special about these two modules? Thanks, Arun
November 12, 20159 yr Author These are Everspring ON/OF modules AN163-1. I just have 2 of these. Even when they are totally OFF, they keep generating this kind of traffic. Thanks, Arun
November 13, 20159 yr Hi Arun, I am not sure why they would do that at all. With kind regards, Michel
January 19, 20178 yr Just wondering, does the watt meter reading from the Everspring AN163 appear as a node, or only in the logfile? I'm looking for an appliance module which will report current watt draw,, and has good ISY support on v4.5.4 release.
