Problems Connecting to ISY with Mobilinc Connect!

I have been using Mobilinc Connect to access my ISY for quite some time but over the last few days I can no longer connect! 

 

 

When I go into the Settings on my iPhone it shows that I am Registered (my subscription expires in May 2016). When I Tap to Sync with ISY I get the window saying "Syncing with ISY" but it never gets past "Retrieving Configuration"! After a minute or so I get an error message "Network Error" error code 0, Error message: The request timed out.

 

 

So I then tried to access the Admin Console through Mobilinc Connect, from my PC, using the instructions provided. My first attempt was using the Chrome browser and I got an error message "Java 2+ Required"! So I switched to Firefox and I was able to get the familiar UD page that has to be kept open showing that it was "Loading from Mobilinc Connect", and then the Admin Console opened... However, the login never came up and at the bottom of the Admin Console there is a flag with "System Busy"!

 

 

Note that I can access the ISY's Admin Console when connecting through my home network and I can access the devices with Mobilinc when connecting, on my iPhone, with a WIFI connection. 

 

 

I have also rebooted both the router and the ISY.

 

Another point... when I try to access the Admin Console through Mobilinc Connect from my PC (with Firefox)  and the familiar UD page opens and starts Java i get a Security Warning that the certificate is not valid and then when I look at more information it indicates that "The application is being downloaded from a site other than the one specified by the security certificate - Downloading from"xxx.xx.xx.xxx" - expecting "*.mobilincconnect.com". Is this normal?

Update... It seems to be working as it should once again!! I updated the ISY firmware sometime last week and perhaps I had not rebooted the system after the update. 

 

Today, before I sent my initial post I made sure that I did reboot both the ISY and my router, then I tried to connect with my iPhone using Mobilinc and with my PC accessing the Admin Console through Mobilinc Connect. Neither method allowed me to connect (as I described above).

 

Then some time later I tried once again and I was able to properly connect! I have tried several times since and I continue to be able to connect properly. It seems odd to me that it took quite a while after the reboots to work but I am happy that it is now working.

 

Michel... while I was having problems I was not able to control the ISY nor get status feedback while using the Mobilinc app on my iPhone and I also was not able to connect to the Admin Console through the portal. Now both are working.
