Device Status after moving Mobilinc to ISY portal

Yes, Benoit pushed a fix into production over the weekend and, thus far, it seems to be working very well.

When I start Mobilinc, the devices current status fills in now. However, when I change a device, the status does not update. There appears to be no push status back to the app currently. The portal itself updates though, and the device responds quickly, which is nice!

Hi MWareman,

 

Please make sure you have your ISY in the Preferred ISY field on My Profile in the Portal.

 

If that fails, would you please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com?

Confirmed: the uuid is in the preferred ISY field. Also, only one ISY is in my account.

 

Although now the ststus is populated on starting Mobilinc on the tablet as well.

 

I'll send the uuid to you.

Michel,

 

I just sent a follow up email.  For some reason, Mobilinc is now getting status updates real time with changes.  This was a couple of hours after initially configuring Mobilinc to my portal account. Very strange - but it's all working correctly for me now.

I am still not getting status updates but can send commands. I tried wiping mobilinc and starting from scratch but that did not work. It's my only isy and it is set to preferred.

 

Try this...

 

1. Uninstall MobiLinc Pro (stop services before you do)

 

2. Reboot your phone

 

3. Install MobiLinc Pro

 

4. Retry

Also need the following settings...

 

Host Type = ISY

User Name = Portal Username (email address)

Password = Portal Password

Local http://= blank

Local Port = 80

Secure https:// = my.isy.io

Secure Port = 443

Connection Method = Secure Connection
