Unexpected behaviour with All On / All Off on new 2477Ds

Hello All,

I recently purchased four new Dual Band Dimmers (2477D v.45) that seem to ignore the 'All On' and 'All Off' command when the top level in the ISY device list is highlighted. I have 16 other Insteon devices from a few years back that are responding to these commands. Everything else with these 4 new SwitchLincs works as expected (individual device on/off etc. from ISY Admin console). These were all linked as responders to the ISY. I'm looking for some guidance on why this may be happening. Am I forgetting to do something with these new installs?

Thanks,

Tim.

Because the All On feature is problematic for many users when it happens unintentionally,  SmartLabs has removed that feature.

However, you can get the same result by putting all devices in scene and turning it on and off.. same result
