INSTEON Dual Band Keypad Dimmer 6 Button # 2334-232

Hello

 

Regarding the above keypad, I can program the led brightness through the admin console with the appropriate button at the bottom of the admin page.

 

But, whenever I set the intensity from 0 to 6 for example, it works for a few hours and suddenly the led brightness drop back to zero.

 

What should I do ?

IIRC only Insteon scenes can change the brightness of the LEDs.
