I have local access and Echo even "discovers" devices, however when I go to Web Access via portal, it sticks on Loading config Link to comment

accd Posted April 17, 2016 Author Share Posted April 17, 2016 Suspect it's a portal issue because I cant access the ISY configuration via portal, so don't think it's an Amazon "thing"....Portal isn't talking to ISY. Link to comment

rehills Posted April 17, 2016 Share Posted April 17, 2016 I first noticed the issue because my Echo would not control any of my lights. I checked the ISY portal and it showed that my ISY was connected but, it couldn't display logs or show devices. I cycled the power on the ISY but that didn't help. Everything is working fine now.
