salex319 Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 A while back my ISY994i stopped executing programs triggered by an external event like a light switch or keypad button. Scheduled events work fine and I can turn things on/off from the Admin Console. I got a new PLM and installed it today hoping it would solve the problem but nothing has changed. I'm not sure how to proceed.

salex319 Posted April 22, 2016 Author Posted April 22, 2016 I suspected there was something straightforward I needed to do and sure enough "Restore Modem" did the trick. Thank you all very much!
