Ecobee - Home & Resume in addition to "Quick Away" for Ecobee

I'm trying to get away from the unreliable geofencing that the Ecobee iOS app provides and manage state changes through Locative and my ISY.  I appreciate the addition of "Quick Away" as a setting in NodeLink in 5.0, but I would also like the ability to set "Home" and "Resume" to completely replace the Ecobee functionality.  is that doable?

    Resume should already be there (run schedule). Home could be added as a permanent hold

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
