io_guy Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 What version of mono? Can you try this on a Windows machine to see if it works (my be an SSL certificate store issue with Linux)? You can just copy your exe and XML to Windows.
io_guy Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 Cancel that, just wait till version 0.5.5 . It looks like I didn't include the SSL management on the module.
jasongolod Posted June 27, 2016 Author Posted June 27, 2016 First of all...thanks for putting all of this effort into all of the software you have written and distributed...amazing. Runs fine on windows. Thanks. I have been monkeying with the PI this morning. Looks like the ca certificates need updating. If I connect to Honeywell and specify the certificate directory then it connects fine. I tried to install the ca-certificates-mono package, but it doesn't exist for Jessie...so, I am in the middle of trying a dist upgrade on the Pi to see if I can get it to work. Thanks again for all of your generosity and work on all of this stuff. Awesome. -Jason
io_guy Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 It's my bad, I don't auto-accept the certificate. It works on Windows because Windows has a cert store to handle this, other OS' do not. There are ways to handle this in Linux but I'll cut a new version to do it within NodeLink. I forgot to add a couple lines of code.
lsibarra Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Hi, I need help on getting the Honeywell Thermostat working in Nodelink. I entered my credentials correctly (verified it by logging in https://mytotalconnectcomfort.com/portal) but the nodelink log is returning: TCC Login Error: The request timed out[hwstat1] Do yo have any idea why this is happening? lsibarra Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Hi, I upgraded my firmware for the ISY994 to v 5.0.2 Larry
lsibarra Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 Hi, I ran the nodelink in a windows 10 PC and setup the honeywell tstat device. I did not get the TCC Login Error and was able to get the current status state of my thermostat in my ISY. However, I am unable to query or change temps/schedule in ISY. I kept getting TCP client request failed. Do any of you have an idea why I am getting this error and why I am unable to change any setting in Honeywell Tstat within ISY? Thanks you for all the help you can provide. Larry
Michel Kohanim Posted October 23, 2016 Posted October 23, 2016 Hi Larry, If you are still on 5.0.2, you definitely need to upgrade to more recent versions of 5.0.x (staring with 5.0.4). The certificate for 5.0.2 has expired. With kind regards, Michel
lsibarra Posted October 23, 2016 Posted October 23, 2016 Hi Michel, Thank you so much for getting back to me. I will check out v5.0.4. Thanks again for your feedback. Larry
