sanders2222 Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 (edited) Sometime today my ISY has locked me out. Everything seemed to be working fine earlier but now I cannot open the Admin Console. I notice the 4th blue light (from left) & red light next to it are flashing. I tried power cycling the ISY but nothing changed. For all the years I've had this system I've never seen this issue before. What does it mean? Edited June 30, 2016 by sanders2222
Brian H Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 The Memory and Error LEDs flashing. Indicate the ISY in unable to communicate with the Ethernet Network. You may have to do some troubleshooting of your network. Are you using a static IP address or DHCP? Any unusual indications on your router or Ethernet Gateway?
sanders2222 Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 (edited) The Memory and Error LEDs flashing. Indicate the ISY is unable to communicate with the Ethernet Network. Thanks for the feedback. You nailed it. I do have a static IP but I was not having issues with my computer connections at the time. Sill strange though. But I have one of those CenturyLink modem/router/WiFi combos (C1000A) so this doesn't surprise me, plus it's CenturyLink! LOL I rebooted the router and power cycled the ISY and all appears all is working again. Problem SOLVED! Thanks for your help. Edited June 30, 2016 by sanders2222
