I assume I can do this by following similar instructions to set up two SwitchLink Dimmers as 3-Way by connecting the Line to one of the travelers to get Line (power) in the Primary location (that has the load).  Then once I have done this, I can create a scene and place both the SwitchLink and the KeypadLink in the same scene.  Has anyone else done something like this that can confirm my steps are correct?

That's a common procedure. One minor correction, you'll use a KeypadLinc button as a controller, not a KeypadLinc. Don't forget to cap the red wire if you use the On/Off button pair (6-button KPL) or Main button (8-button KPL)
