blueman2
Good god man fix your screws! #OCD GET OUT OF MY MIND!!! Seriously, after I posted the picture and looked at it, I realized this was the last plate in the house that I had not moved to the newer Insteon plates without screws. I ran out of 3 gang plates. Just ordered it on Amazon! Forgive me my epic style transgression....

There are others like this, but I find the Insteon ones just fit better INSTEON 2422-
paulbates
The Lutron Claro switch plates work well too. They mount really solid and tight. They were cheaper 2 years ago, But in that time, they got more expensive, the insteons got cheaper... or both. They are much better then the Leviton switchplates, home depot has them http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/13757-switchlinc-keypadlinc-mounting-issues/?p=136725

I'm going to order a few now and see how I like them. Thank you. If you look at the pix above those light scratches are horrible.
larryllix
I like my screws all straight up and down, slots. ...and I prefer the screws. If somebody is going to hack into my Insteon system, I want them to be able to get at it with a screwdriver instead fo an axe because they don't know how to get the cover plates off. It's a lot easier to repair. I know Mr.Cold White likes to fill in, sand them off, then painting his screw heads, but that OCD? Wow! Good God, Jim! I'm an Insteon programmer, not a professional decorator!
