User definable devices with associated network resource outputs

This could simplify usage of some NRes and make integrating them into programs a much smoother look and usage style.

Make a user defined page with user defined operations and allow a link to a NR for each parameter. Network resources could be available for definition right on the devices status page and the parameter could be a device page display box for non-interrogatable device, say light many of the light contollers available now.

The NR could be self triggered when the paramaeter value is chnaged so that the whole thing acts like a node through a Node server. This coud be much easier to implement that polyglot of other node servers running on a separarte (RPi) computer, eliminating one piece of hardware and external software.

A simpler code substitution than variable substitution could be used since the parameter could be already defined by the code box it is associated with. Multiple parameter nodes may not be made to follow this principle very easily.

Then

set 'userDefinedevice' parameter4 to 90%

Then the associated NR gets triggers sending NR codes and using the 90% as a substitution for the inline parameter4.

Then ISY would remember the parameter4 box to be set at 90% so programs could access them.

Now the sky is the linit for non-Insteon but Etherent compatible devices. Queries and checkbacks would be much more complex and reserved for future thinking. Much of the coloured lighting has no feedback anyway and isn't a critical aspect for non-critical load devices.

Most of this capability already exists in ISY with variables and network resources now. It would be mostly placement on a single page ad possibly some simplification of associations.
