4k Monitors

I recently installed a 4k monitor which causes all kinds of problems with screen visibility.  Windows 10 allows you to enlarge the fonts to compensate for the high pixel count.  The ISY program does not take advantage of that Windows option and therefore the ISY screens are virtually unreadable.  I found the font size option in the administrative console which helps but the maximum 20 font size is still not sufficient.  Also, the ISY dashboard does not have a font option.  Either increase option for the font size or link into the Windows enlarge option. Please!

A (temporary) workaround is to run the shortcuts in the Windows XP service pack 3 compatibility mode.

Thanks for the recommendation.  It works great.

Hopefully this issue will be resolved in the version 5 release, which currently is still in Alpha testing.

A possibly better option is to select 'High-DPI' mode instead of XP mode. It is more specific.... However, try both and stick with the one that works best!

The high DPI mode didn't resolve the problem with Windows 10

Shame.... It's supposed to. My home monitor is not high DPI, so I have not had a chance to test it.

The XP service pack 3 compatibility mode seems to work the best.
