What's the result if you try to include it? BTW, many Z-Wave devices require that you exclude it (twice) before trying to include it.

Hi Stu,

When I try to include the Swipe, it does appear to be included but it shows up as 'ZW024_1 - Unintialized'. Nothing else shows up under the device, but the isy does seem to register gestures from the Swipe in the Event Viewer. 

 

This is what I got when I included the Swipe after excluding it twice first as you recommended:
