BlackSheep Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Any chance the ISY will have support for the Fibaro Swipe? I mistakenly bought one without checking whether it was supported by the ISY or not. It might have been because I foolishly didn't question their claim of "Compatible with any Z-Wave or Z-Wave+ Controller." Cheers.
stusviews Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 What's the result if you try to include it? BTW, many Z-Wave devices require that you exclude it (twice) before trying to include it.

Hi Stu, When I try to include the Swipe, it does appear to be included but it shows up as 'ZW024_1 - Unintialized'. Nothing else shows up under the device, but the isy does seem to register gestures from the Swipe in the Event Viewer. This is what I got when I included the Swipe after excluding it twice first as you recommended: Tue 11/29/2016 08:06:01 : Listening for Z-Wave devices to remove from the network Tue 11/29/2016 08:06:14 : Removing Z-Wave devices stopped Tue 11/29/2016 08:06:15 : Device 23 excluded from Z-Wave network Tue 11/29/2016 08:06:27 : Listening for Z-Wave devices to remove from the network Tue 11/29/2016 08:06:42 : Removing Z-Wave devices stopped Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:33 : Listening for Z-Wave devices to add to the network Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:44 : Z-Wave device detected, retrieving info 2 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:44 : Z-Wave device detected, retrieving info 3 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:46 : Z-Wave device detected, retrieving info 5 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:46 : Adding Z-Wave devices stopped Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:47 : Exchanging data with secure Z-Wave device 24 of type 4.24.1 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:47 : Adding secure Z-Wave device Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:49 : Adding ISY node(s) for new Z-Wave device 24 type 4.24.1 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:49 : [ZWAVE-ADD-NODE ] Add device: mfg 010F.0D01.2000, basic=0x04 gen=0x18 spec=0x01 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:49 : Adding associations for new Z-Wave device 24 Tue 11/29/2016 08:07:52 : Setting ISY as wakeup target for new Z-Wave device 24 Tue 11/29/2016 08:13:41 : [ZWAVE-WAKEUP 13] Awake with no pending work, put back to sleep ZW013_1
Chris Jahn Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 I think the device uses some command classes that we do not yet support, but we will support this device in 5.0.x (not sure what build though).
