I have to keypad that the LED will not stay lite.  I checked the programs and scenes over and over. I have a new keypad coming but I don't think that's the problem.  I did not have a problem at all with anything until I replaced the  PLM 

It not just on but two now.  I disconnected PLM  for a few days and now everything is ok. So what's the problem. Could it me the echo I use that to.

No, the Echo has no effect on the KPL button LEDs. Try a factory reset on the KPL. Be sure to follows the instructions in the Owner's Manual. After the factroy reset, you will need to restore the KPL (right click to see the options).
