March 2, 20178 yr Do you have a ISY99i/IR/Pro or do you have a ISY994i/IR/Pro? The ISY99i series of controllers have been discontinued for a fairly long time now.

March 3, 20178 yr A major difference is that the 99i does not fully support all newer devices, If you want to add a new device or replace a failed device, then you may not be able to. There is no list of unsupported device for the very old 99i. UDI has a relatively low cost upgrade program.
March 3, 20178 yr Due to firmware size limitations. The ISY99i series controller can't have the latest firmware installed. So the latest Insteon devices are not supported. 3.3.10 is the last firmware version for the ISY99i series. In the Help Tab, About choice. It will give you the firmware revision in your unit. If it is not 3.3.10 it can still be downloaded. What model PLM are you using, 2412S or 2413S? Are there some white stickers on the back of the PLM. They may give some help in determining the PLM model and if it is a 2412S Large or Small Link Database. In the Tools Tab, Diagnostics, Show PLM Info/Status will give you the PLM's firmware version Edited March 3, 20178 yr by Brian H
