Good morning all.  I have a couple of gable fans in my attics that are controlled with an insteon thermostat.  They are working great but I want more data.  I was wondering if it was possible to grab the current temperature (and humidity?) at a certain time interval and log that reading in a log file.  I would like to build some graphs over time to see how my attic cools during the evening and to see if opening up windows cools better and pulls more air through the system.  Hope this makes a little sense.
