Please help with Elk M1 boot/firmware update

I just installed my Elk M1 and am trying to update the bootloader/firmware in order to troubleshoot not being able to connect to my M1G through my M1XEP.

 

I'm directly connected to the M1G panel with the serial port, but I can't update anything because my bootloader/firmware are very old.  Boot version is 3.2.2 and firmware is 4.4.4.  The only update file I have for the bootloder is Boot_M1G_3.3.x_to_3.3.6.bin.

 

Since it's sunday, and while I wait for Elk to get around to giving me access to their website, does anyone have the 3.2.2 to 3.3.x M1G bootloader bin file?

 

I believe BOOT_M1G_3.2.x_to_3.3.2.bin is what I'm looking for, or similar.
