Michaelv Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 I have a few 8 Button KPl's that I have found a 6 button KPL would have been a better coice as I cannot create any more meaningful scence for that key pad. I am under the impression that you can convert a 8 button to a 6 button with smarthome's Color change kit # 2401AL6. What is the procedure for making this change as far as the ISY is concerned? Do I remove the 8 button KPL from the ISY, do the conversion and then rediscover the 6 button KPL as a new device? Is there a better way to do it?
