cinema.systems Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 Hello all, I am new to the ISY systems. My background is generally using RTi platform with RRA2 lutron lighting. I was wondering if there is tutorial site where I can go to study so I can integrate a home with insteon lighting and RTi processor using ISY as the link? Any suggestions? Thank you.
Michel Kohanim Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Hi cinema.systems, If you are using ISY, it's best to start with our Wiki so that you can setup ISY first. Once that's done, integrating with RTI would not be that difficult (alas I do not have any documentations): http://wiki.universal-devices.com With kind regards, Michel
SteveL Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 We can provide basic integration help through our support team but you will need to be an authorized RTI installer to get the software. RTI can help with the use of their drivers.

This is not a discussion for this forum, if your truly a RTI dealer go to the RTI forums and you will find details there. RTI has formal integration with ISY however it's against the RTI dealer agreement to discuss specifics on public forums. I have PM'ed you with my contact information, so feel free to call me and I am happy to help in anyway I can.
paulbates Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 There's a brand new member joining this community, they're trying to figure something out on a forum for sharing ideas help integrated products become integrated... ...I have to wonder....was there a less dramatic way to solve this, let's say a PM?
SteveL Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 I modified my post. I am not under NDA with RTI but I will remove the link. I agree that a PM would have been a better approach.
cinema.systems Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 Wow, all I asked was some support. Didn't think drama would ensue LOL
