ISY Portal says User does not exist???

Hello I have been offline for awhile, just replaced PLM, wanted to set Echo back up. Portal will not accept password "Error 404" and when I click forgot password (which I did not) I get a message saying user does not exist???

If I don't exist how can I post this topic?    Checked stats on Portal, good til 2018, what next?

I'm confused. How did you logon to the Portal to discover the status being good until 2018 without being able to log on to it?

The portal user/password is different than the one from the forum.
