The admin console makes me login three times

I've had this problem for years, and am wondering if anyone has a solution. When I launch the Administrative Console, it prompts me to login three times in a row before it's finally happy. There's a brief pause before each request. Any ideas?

 

(Of course, I'm running the latest everything.)

I'm running 4.5.4.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
