When I try to install the module I get the following error messages:

TCP client DNS error (dispatcher.mobilinc.connect.com)

and 

TCP client DNS error [www.universal-devices.com]

 

I also get an error when I try to enable internet access although I can access it both inside the LAN and outside on the WAN.  That error says "failed enabling internet access".

 

Thanks in advance for any help.  In the 13 years I've used your ISY the support has been fantastic.

I'm not sure what you mean by "try to install." The Z-Wave module is a physical device unlike, say, the Network module. The only installation required is inserting it into the correct slot (there are two slots). Did you plug it into the top or bottom slot?

 

Select Help, About. Does the Z-Wave module appear? You should see Z-Wave (21100).

Great service as always.  I was using a static LAN IP port 2 and set it to DHCP.  The module installed without a glitch.  Thanks for your continued support over the years.
