I have three of these for 24 zones, and they work well. However I have replaced one of the units twice now. After failure I just installed the new one, renamed the zones, and removed the old one. Easy and not a lot of trouble. But now when I try to install another replacement I get a "device not supported " message. It links and shows the 8 zones but they don't work. They have red exclamation marks.

 

I tried all I know, any suggestions? Think it's a defective unit?
